Questions Parents & Golfers Ask

For Parents and Grandparents

What is the Locker Room?

Your family’s own page on our course. Everything you buy lives there forever: play it, download it, come back any time, on any device. Membership is complimentary and begins the moment you open a locker or make a purchase.

How do I get in without a password?

There is no password, ever. Members are simply known at the door. Your welcome email carries a personal magic link, and pressing it opens your locker. If you ever misplace it, enter your email on the invitation and the Clubhouse recognizes its members.

What is the Short Course?

A walled garden inside your locker, made only for your young golfers. One press on the pulsating golf ball and the course is theirs: the Fairway Friends talk to them by name, the stories play, and everything your family owns is there in full. No prices, no checkout, nothing to tap that spends money.

Can my child wander out of the Short Course?

Not on their own. The only door out asks a quick grown-up math question, so small golfers stay on the fairway until you come get them.

Do my purchases really stay forever?

Yes. Downloads are unlimited and never expire, there are no license keys, and your locker keeps everything across every device. Buy once, and it is simply yours.

What is the scorecard in my locker?

Your family’s round on the Front Nine. As you collect the stories and share them with friends, golf balls land on your scorecard and your family climbs from Guest toward the Hall of Fame, gathering privileges along the way.

For the Young Golfers

Who talks to me at the Short Course?

All six Fairway Friends. Press Ace, Daisy, Sandman, Splash, Speedy, or Rangey and they say hello in their real voices. Spin the wheel and whoever arrives at the top speaks to you.

Can I hear the whole story?

Yes. Press the Listen-Along and the picture book reads itself to you, page by page. If your family owns it, you can listen as many times as you like.

Where are my toys?

Your toys are the stories and songs your family owns. Each new one appears on your course by itself, like a present waiting on the grass.

How do I go back to the grown-up page?

Press the exit ball and bring a grown-up. They answer a little math question at the door, because they are the ones with the car keys.
